The place to be since 1981

Marquette Foundation

Mission:

We are a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, providing seniors with the highest quality of care and services, honoring their dignity and independence.

Vision:

We will be the premier continuing care community in the Midwest, recognized nationally for innovative programs, involved residents and organizational strengths.

Benevolent Care Fund:

Marquette Manor’s nonprofit mission and values speak to its commitment to its residents from the time they arrive in the community to the time they depart.

As the older adult population continues to grow and life expectancies continue to lengthen, this financial commitment is becoming more challenging. Residents of Marquette
traditionally have been provided care, even after their personal funds are exhausted. To stand by this promise without compromising the quality of facilities and programs, Marquette will need to increase the funds available for this purpose through raising philanthropic gifts.

An additional $4,000,000 would bring the fund to a level that will assure residents a place to live regardless of financial limitations. This long-term goal can be realized, in part, through the establishment of named memorial funds.

Many seniors are living longer and this means outliving their resources. While Marquette reviews financial criteria for all incoming residents, it is not always possible to predict when a long illness or extreme longevity may force a resident to exhaust all their finances. Marquette has committed to ensure all our residents have a safe, comfortable environment to live their final years with dignity.
